  • 100 g Button mushrooms (Cleaned and sliced)
  • 100 g Canned artichoke hearts (Drained and quartered)
  • 30 g Arugula (Wash and drain)
  • 150 g Grated mozzarella cheese (Grated or in small pieces)
  • 30 g Grated parmesan cheese (To sprinkle at the end of cooking)
  • 1 c. à café Herbes de Provence (To incorporate into the dough)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the dough

    In the large bowl, mix the flour, salt, Herbes de Provence and yeast. Add the warm water and olive oil, then knead by hand or with a wooden spoon for 8‑10 minutes until you obtain a smooth, non-sticky dough.

  2. Let the dough rise

    Lightly oil the bottom of the bowl, place the dough in it, cover with plastic wrap or a clean cloth and let rest 30 minutes at room temperature until it doubles in volume.

  3. Preheat the oven

    Turn on the oven and preheat to 200 °C for 10 minutes, ideally with the pizza stone inside.

  4. Roll out the dough

    On a lightly floured surface, deflate the dough then roll it with a rolling pin into a disc about 30 cm in diameter, keeping a 1‑2 cm edge.
