Ingredients
- 250 g All-purpose flour (Sift to avoid lumps)
- 150 ml Warm water (Temperature 30‑35 °C)
- 5 g Dry baker's yeast (One 7 g packet, dissolved in warm water)
- 5 g Salt (About 1 teaspoon)
- 1 c. à soupe Olive oil (To grease the bowl)
- 200 ml Organic tomato sauce (Appétit) (Ready-to-use sauce)
- 200 ml Organic pizza sauce (Appétit) (Ready-to-use sauce)
- 100 g Cooked ham (Cut into strips (shredded))
- 100 g Button mushrooms (Cleaned and sliced)
- 100 g Canned artichoke hearts (Drained and quartered)
- 30 g Arugula (Wash and drain)
- 150 g Grated mozzarella cheese (Grated or in small pieces)
- 30 g Grated parmesan cheese (To sprinkle at the end of cooking)
- 1 c. à café Herbes de Provence (To incorporate into the dough)
Instructions
Prepare the dough
In the large bowl, mix the flour, salt, Herbes de Provence and yeast. Add the warm water and olive oil, then knead by hand or with a wooden spoon for 8‑10 minutes until you obtain a smooth, non-sticky dough.

Let the dough rise
Lightly oil the bottom of the bowl, place the dough in it, cover with plastic wrap or a clean cloth and let rest 30 minutes at room temperature until it doubles in volume.

Preheat the oven
Turn on the oven and preheat to 200 °C for 10 minutes, ideally with the pizza stone inside.

Roll out the dough
On a lightly floured surface, deflate the dough then roll it with a rolling pin into a disc about 30 cm in diameter, keeping a 1‑2 cm edge.

Apply the sauce
Place the dough on the tray or stone, spread the organic tomato sauce evenly, then the organic pizza sauce leaving the edge free.

Add the toppings
Distribute the cooked ham, sliced mushrooms, artichoke hearts, arugula and sprinkle mozzarella then parmesan.

Bake the pizza
Put the pizza in the oven and bake for 15 minutes at 200 °C until the cheese is melted and golden and the crust is well browned.
