- 80 g Powdered sugar (Sift to avoid lumps)
- 1 c. à café Vanilla extract (for the buttercream)
- 30 ml Whole milk (for the buttercream)
Instructions
Sift the dry ingredients
In a bowl, sift the flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, and baking soda to eliminate lumps.

Incorporate the butter
Add the softened butter to the dry ingredients and whisk on medium speed for 10 minutes until a homogeneous batter is obtained.

Add the liquid and vanilla
