Instructions

  1. Prepare the dry ingredients

    Sift the flour, granulated sugar, baking powder and baking soda into a large bowl.

  2. Incorporate the butter

    Add the softened butter to the dry ingredients and whisk on medium speed for 10 minutes until a homogeneous batter is obtained.

  3. Add vanilla and milk

    Pour the vanilla extract and the milk, then mix for 2 minutes to obtain a smooth batter.

  4. Fill the molds

    Divide the batter into the paper liners, filling each cavity two thirds full.
