Instructions
Gather Ingredients & Equipment
Measure out the milk, inulin powder, and skyr starter. Have the Instant Pot, liner, spoon, measuring spoons, flour sack towel, colander, bowl, and storage container ready.

Place 1 tsp inulin powder into a small bowl.

Add 2 Tbsp plain skyr to the bowl with inulin and stir to combine.
