- 1 teaspoon Salt (Divided: 1 tsp for pasta water, 1 tsp for sauce)

Instructions
Boil Pasta
Fill a large pot with water, add a generous pinch of salt, and bring to a rolling boil. Add the cavatappi and cook 2 minutes less than the package’s al‑dente time, stirring occasionally.
