- 30 ml Tabasco Sauce (about 2 tbsp, adjust to heat preference)
- 1 piece Lime (cut into 3 wedges and juiced)
- 1 tsp Granulated Sugar (helps balance acidity)
- 1 pinch Salt (enhances flavor)
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper (generously ground, fresh if possible)
Instructions
Prepare Lime
Wash the lime, cut it into three wedges on the cutting board using the knife.
